The crew is having trouble adapting to the island life and the girls are having trouble dealing with Johnny's attitude. While hunting for crabs; Abram notices a tree full of fruit and decides to climb it to fetch some leading to him bieng stung all over by a swarm of wasps. David tries to throw Dan under the bus with his drinking problem leading to a blow out and David quitting the show. Johnny decides that this face-off should be three guys and then the next to will be two girls and a guy and then three girls to make it fair. Johnny and Derrick volunteer off the bat and are shocked when Abram volunteers for a second time. The face-off is "Ring Wrestle" where they must all hold onto a ring and wrestle it out of the other's hands. Abram is the first to be out and Derrick manages to get it out of Johnny's hand leading Derrick to receive the next key. The cast were provided a phone with a limited number of minutes. Abram calls to his personal business and finds out there is termoil without him there leading him to tell everybody to vote him off. Johnny's behavior has led to somemuch anger it ends with a close 9 to 6 with Abram being voted out giving Johnny the other key. Since Abram held a key from the first face-off he must give it to another cast member and he chooses Dunbar.
