Rarely do I revisit a review to upgrade its rating. Travelers is canceled, and I'm sure it's because Netflix couldn't justify the cost based on the viewership, but this is their own marketing mistake, I think. I passed Travelers up time and time again because it just seemed boring the way it was pitched.

I was blown away when I finally gave it a try. I've passed on the recommendation to some friends, and one by one we've all become hooked on it. Netflix didn't sell it well, but I personally think it's one of their best shows.

The acting is stellar. Every character is fleshed out, deep, and even up to the end we're learning more about them. The writing is tight, with one or two hiccups that I don't even remember now when I think about the sum total of the show. There's nothing bad about this show at all, honestly, and I'm really picky.

The ending leaves the future open for possibility, but also wraps it up in a clear and logical way. I am sad to see this one go. Even knowing it's going to end after 3 seasons, I strongly recommend a viewing, because it doesn't leave you hanging with a half-baked ending; it's a solid send-off for the show, highly emotional and sad, but good.
