It's funny, interesting and feels original. It's also not easily predictable like most shows.
If Hogwarts was a collage full of annoying people... There is some intrigue but it needs some character development for everyone and storylines to make us care about the characters more while delivering on the promised awe of magic. Maybe it does all that, I'm not sure. I've dropped it after 3 episodes. But I don't want to discourage anyone from giving it a try, you might like it more.
The pilot was promising but i agree with a previous comment on that the dialogue is pretty lacking (e.g. ep4 "the Princess wouldn't want rover sloppy seconds"). Still, it has potential to get better.
I really like the concept of this show, it makes you question what constitutes to be a person. Unfortunately it didn't have the chance to be executed in its full. Still, great series.
One of the best television series ever created.
