Love movies and TV shows, especially good comedy and science fiction, but also drama, crime and some fantasy. Also a few documentaries and reality TV.

This show is just fantastic! The story, the characters, the animation, the worldbuilding...it is indeed a worthy successor of 'Avatar: The Last Airbender'.
Considering all the horrible things Nickelodeon did to the show and its creators (banned to online only, budget cuts, time restraints), it's a small wonder the show turned out so great, and I can appreciate the love, sweat and tears that went into making this extraordinary, unique animated show.

Aaah, Doctor Who...either you love it or you hate it. It bursts with creativity, wit and dry British humour while being fast paced and colorful. You will find yourself confused and/or addicted.

Flat, tired jokes and stereotypes. Do not watch.

King of Queens, one of the biggest shows of the 2000s. The characters of Doug, Carrie and Arthur are likeable and hilarious, go watch this if your a sitcom fan.

This animated series puts most live action films & TV series to shame. The animation is excellent; the stories are even better. Every episode is an absolute gem, much like a little techno-thriller feature film.

It's a real pity cyberpunk fiction never really made much impact in the film world - but this series makes it all work.

Apparently set in a world where Motoko Kusanagi never met the Puppet Master, this series involves complex political intrigue, cyber-crimes, people being hacked as one would hack a computer nowadays, etc.

If you even remotely liked the Ghost in The Shell feature film, check this out.

Great crime drama, gritty and realistic, with an interesting story, great writing and top performances by stars like Diane Kruger, Demian Bichir, Ted Levine and Franka Potente.

It's a shame this got cancelled after season 2, but the first two seasons are still very much worth the watch.

If you like dark and witty humor that's littered with sexual innuendos, this show is a great pick! There are tons of recurring jokes and themes in each episode and the writing is great! I love the way the show pokes fun at the bureaucratic structure of academic institutions and the narcissistic nature of people in general (like when everyone started having sex with the robot clones of themselves). China, IL can be a bit violent and grotesque at times, but it sort of just adds to the uniqueness of the show.

While it was highly controversial, it was also highly entertaining.

As I suspected, pretty mediocre. Mostly lame jokes, acting is okay.

Its smart, the dialogue is rich and full. You don't get the crappy, tepidly funny one-liners you get from most comedy series nowadays, you get really intelligent situational humor that actually makes you wonder about politics in the US and around the world. The show highlights the humanity that people often dissociate from politics with wit and vulgarity. Highly recommended.
