Author of the book Axing My Exes and blogger of Jerrica's Jerks. I love to write, laugh, and be outside. TV shows over movies any day. If I could strap a screen to my face while gardening and simultaneously write, my life would be complete. TV, for myself, is not to escape but to inspire.
Heidi Klum is a gem of a host in this fashion forward show. The contestants are usually 50/50, talent wise. Last season showcased the best designers yet. Looking forward to the all-stars season!
Naomi is a lion, and she bites! The Australian version of this high-end modeling show is better, but I recommend them all. It's a short season filled with great real-life modeling shoots for legitimate clients, and always ends with the feistiest of eliminations.
Who doesn't like a little treasure hunt? I sure do! Though I seriously question the prices they place on items, and the whole legitimacy of it all. That old side table is NOT worth three hundred bucks...unless there's a diamond ring in it! Ooo is there a diamond in there? I'll keep watching with anticipation.
A comedy gold cast (and creators), there's too many to name! Lizzy Caplan is my personal hero. Party Down's humor is super dry and can seem depressing at times, so you'll either love it or hate it. I choose love!
Shocker alert - these ladies are feisty! But it makes for some grade-A guilty-pleasure entertainment. Also one of the best modeling shows out there. It's smart, get's to the point, and gives viewers a taste of the real modeling world, not the one Tyra makes up for her cast.
I don't even care if this show is fake, I love it! You get to see parts of the world not often filmed, and the rarest jewels on the planet. I'll take two of everything, please!
Oh we really liked this adult couple spy series. We were surprised to find it cancelled actually. Though we picked up The Americans soon after and never looked back. If you liked this show, I suggest you do the same.
The book is piss yourself funny. The show was a flop, butchered by an ill-fitted Chelsea played by Laura Prepon (who is way better suited for her phenomenal role in OITNB). The casting f-up doomed the show even before the pilot.
This fantastical breakthrough show held my interest for 2 seasons, then I stuck with it for loyalty reasons. I recently dropped it from my tracker. A sad farewell, but I'll always remember you.
Could never get into this show, no matter how many people kept telling me they loved it from start to finish. I tried.
