It is a refreshing addition to the sitcom family. It is not often (or that I know of) that a homosexual relationship (especially an elderly one) is the subject of a sitcom.
Derek Jacobi and Ian McKellen are absolutely brilliant and not to mention utterly hilarious. It's been long since I've laughed this hard at a TV series... actually can't remember the time...
