Good show - although I have to wonder why it is that every time Steven Culp and David James Elliott are in the same show, it's David James Elliotts character that ends up in a life threatening situation.

While Caroline is extremely annoying, the two different personalities between Max and Caroline make the show work. They need to get rid of that extremely annoying upstairs neighbour though - I cringe every time she is in a scene and she drags the tone of the show down to gutter level.

Half way through episode three and I've come to the conclusion that it's basically Person of Interest but with a female lead.

Could they have tried to make it any more like JAG? This - lead male former active duty Marine, JAG - lead male former active duty Navy Pilot. This - lead male suffers injury that means can't be on active duty, JAG - lead male can't be pilot for health reasons. This - lead male instead becomes Marine lawyer, JAG - lead male instead becomes Navy lawyer. This - lead male has family history of service, JAG - lead male has family history of service. This - lead males friend dies on deployment, JAG - lead males friend dies on deployment. This - learn all this in first episode, JAG - learn all this in first episode. This - lead males relationship with friends widow gets complicated, JAG - lead males relationship with friends widow gets complicated. Really!?!?!?! And it's not even a good interpretation - JAG was at least interesting, this is not. Will be very surprised if it lasts more than one season.

A pity this got cancelled. Granted the format is reminiscent of alot of procedural shows (Castle, The Mentalist, Bones, Perception and so forth), the cast worked well together and the characters were interesting and we were given background information throughout the series.

Anne Heche - no wonder it got cancelled.

After all the hype I was expecting more. Not as powerful as I was expecting, and the only thing this would encourage is helicopter parenting. I'm not even sure what the point of season 2 is.

Well that was interesting. Don't know how to explain it, you know something is up but I never expected what was happening.

Was good but not great. will be interesting to see if it gets a second season.

I was a little sceptical about this show to begin with and only started watching because it was on my streaming service, but I'm liking this. It has distinct Gilmore Girls tones to it - which is probably in part due to it being the town square set.
