I actually really liked this show. It's a shame they cancelled it. The ME did come across a little like Abbey from NCIS though.
There was potential here, however it didn't quite get there. It's easy to see why there was only one season.
Pretty weak. No wonder it only lasted two seasons.
Cardboard sets, budget costumes and sub-par acting. People actually like this stuff?
They have done a really good job of this - from the script, to the acting, to the directing. Someone must have a sense of humour though with calling one of the main characters Holden Ford. Where I come from their is a fierce rivalry between Holden & Ford owners!
Was an interesting show even if the ending was a bit of and anti-climax. Yes the detective lost her job and got it back again, yes her boss stepped down and gave her back the file when he realised he was in over his head, but as soon as the boss of the firm said he was taking a trip you knew he wasn't coming back. Kinda predictable.

Why is it that when they bring a show back there is never any character development? It's like they just picked up exactly where they left off as though no time had passed. Even the first episode followed a similar vein - Grace splits with partner and moves in with Will.
Terrible scripts, terrible acting, terrible costuming. There's nothing else to say really.
This is a good show, even if it does move a little slow. I does surprise me though how one little town can have so many criminals in it.
It's like a cross between Charmed and Mutant X - which isn't a good thing. The only thing worse than the writing is the acting!
