Interesting story, well acted, decent sets but was a little confusing at times. They could have done a better job with this show; it could have went much further. This show is mysterious with twists of reality taking you to the boundaries of the mind. I would recommend this show to the drama fantasy fanatic.
Bob's Burgers is a funny animated comedy. The jokes are kinda lame but funny in that sense. This show is children appropriate. The characters represent the mediocre average man... sarcastically so. I would recommend you watch this show if you happen to turn it on.
This show is humorous at times but is a waste of time. The comedy is poor but some funny things do come out of it. Do what you will with this one.
Watch Battlestar Galactica. This is a useless introduction to the series.
This show brings the best of the "Two and a Half Men" series comedy and writing to an new and better show. The idea of an alcoholic sex driven prick of a therapist is... well ironically funny. If you want to laugh watch this show. Its funny in every way, sarcastically, literally and subjectively.
Black Summer... well the storyline was lacking, the ending was useless and writing was bad. There is a plus side to this show though. The way it was filmed was entertaining and kept me watching. The characters are written decently but cast very well. But I can't in good conscious recommend this show.
A Handmaid's Tale is a science fiction drama about a world that most woman have become infertile and the United States have taken matters into their own hands. The have established Marshall law and are now herding women who can still have children, pimping them out as maids and baby ovens. Woman have lost all possessions, bank accounts, you name it... they have returned to the old ways, where men rule and women obey. The cast is well chosen and the story is very well written. The series does not follow the book as much as it should but the directors bring light to a terrifying future. A decent piece of cinema. I recommend this to the drama fanatic.
Imposters is a crime drama that goes like this... boy meets girl, falls in love, they get married, she steals his money... why? Hope you figured it out by now... that bit** is a con artist. She's not alone either, she has a team that guide her every move and this team has a boss...a mysterious man named "The Doctor". Not all things in life last forever and something is creeping up on little miss tricked you pants... Two of her former cons are trying to find her to get some answers but they find themselves more like her every step of the way. The story is witty, the cast is well selected and the characters seem well written. I'm hoping that the next episode is as good as the first.
Scream Queens is a teen comedy horror drama... yeah exactly... The show has its moments but it surrounds a sorority of underprivileged and "cunty" women who are going through some like scary, like over the top shit.... I wouldn't bother watching this show like ok...
Childhood's End is a science fiction mini-series that follows the occupation of Earth by an alien race of "Overlords" led by an alien named "Karelyn". They've come in peace; not to govern, not to take over but to eradicate injustice, make the world a better place and teach us how to live... but at what cost? This new golden age of mankind comes at a devastating price... the children. We've now become the puppets on the psychological strings of the "Overlords". The show has a decent cast, a decent script a intriguing story but fails to capture and captivate... the last episode was mediocre at best... an alright watch I suppose.
