This show is enjoyable, like so many teen dramas and hospital dramas. Sadly, however, it could have been so much more. The premise had such potential, and the show didn't live up to it. It is a bit cheesy, and sweet. It should have been something that families with kids in this situation could watch and feel like someone finally "got" them. Alas, it is too much teen drama, and not enough of the tragically terminally ill. It has its moments, but for the most part, the actors don't even seem sick. It's not believable that they run around like that all day, and so many of their parents are mostly absentee. Did the show writers even visit a children's hospital?

It doesn't live up to the original, but it's Disney, not prime-time network, so that's understandable. If Shawn is going to be a series regular now though, all is forgiven :)

This is a cute show, but it's worth watching for the soundtrack alone. The 90's had such good music! Also, it's SO great to see Craig Horner back on TV. I've missed him since Legend of the Seeker got canceled.

You do not need to believe in a holy book to enjoy this sad, but beautiful tale.

Simon Baker is a master actor in an expertly contrived role as Patrick Jane. His ever-scheming demeanor and veiled emotions keep the viewer coming back for more. It's like watching a magician and wondering each week, "How DID he do that?"

If you were sad to see Jonathan Rhys-Meyers' "Dracula" come to a premature end, this may be the show to fill that void. A dark, supernatural, period piece, staring Eva Green, whose ever-plotting countenance is captivating as always.

How can two people experience the same events and recall them so differently? What really happened? Is one person lying or do they both think they are telling things as they happened? The format of this show is very unique.

As the first season drew to a close, I kept thinking, "How are they going to keep this show going; sustain the premise, but not jump the shark?" I have been pleasantly surprised with the writing. Just enough twists to keep it fresh, but maintain what drew viewers in.

This British crime drama is different than your standard murder-of-the-week police drama. All 8 episodes follow the investigation of a single murder. In the process, we watch as the lives of the small-town characters unfold and unravel. The show keeps us wondering "who done it." It's doubtful that any viewers guessed how the pieces would fall into place. Upon learning, at the end, who the killer was, viewers must fight the urge to start back from the beginning and re-watch the movements of guilty and innocent with new perspective.
