Gossip Girl

At one point in this series pretty much every character gets with another, sometimes to the detriment of the show (Blair and Dan anyone?) But this is brilliant soapy fun with some great guest stars. The premise of the show is ultimately destroyed by the series finale but its enjoyable nonetheless.

Melissa & Joey

I love Melissa Joan Hart, so honestly any show that she is in and I am sold. This show is sweet, funny and family friendly. Yes it's not the most exciting and the jokes can be repetitive, sometimes the writing veers off course and is sometimes very strange (frozen in ice and coming back 100 years later anyone?) but I like it. I am glad they decided to end it on a high though, a great 4 seasons (even though the first 2 were the best).

Yawn. Please bring back Bachelor Pad so I don't have to watch this drivel. They say drama is enough but I enjoyed the tasks on BP and the twist at the end where they voted against their friends. This "based on the romance" bores me to tears.

A remake of a brilliant UK show that is one of my all time favourites. The first season they used the same storylines, but after that this show truly came into its own. The drama and feminist feel always have me coming back for more. Soapy drama at its best.

Total Divas

So we all know how fake actual WWE is, so every storyline on Total Divas I tend to take with a pinch of salt. Although, I do take it for what it is, entertainment and brilliant reality TV, from a different perspective to famous-for-nothings, actual wrestlers, who wrestle and fight and bitch and live. Brilliant.

Now lets be honest, this isn't informative TV, we don't learn anything from it, well maybe that's not strictly true. How about.... don't do drugs, don't hit your partner, don't cheat on your future husband on your wedding eve and don't ever get back with the father of your child when he texts you the day that you have her to say he wishes you had an abortion and he f-ing hates you. Reality TV at its absolute best.

Honestly I had little hope for this show, based on the premise of behind the scenes of a reality dating show doesn't really sound that exciting. But the show was brilliant, a real insight into what goes on behind the scenes of reality TV (one of the producers used to work on the Bachelor). A little bit obsessed with this criminally underrated show.

This Netflix original series is a triumph, real stories from a first hand woman's point of view. The plots are so rich and real its like every episode you are being transported into a journey of a character's life. One point I will say is that the third season has been somewhat a chore after the brilliance of the comedown of Vee in season 2. Hope it improves come S4!

My all time favourite is back this season BETHENNY. Every season without her suffered as she is the heart of this show. Again it is addictive television, just because you never know what is going to come out of Bethenny and Ramona's mouths next.

This show is brilliant just for its theme tune alone. Why the hell was this surpassed from cable I will never know. Well done Tina Fey.
