No sure why this show gets the ball washing it does. Its OK but nothing special. 3 eps in and the plot has not advanced in any way.

typical Marvel garbage as in that it is bland, mediocre, boring, visually stale and cheap.

There is a very specific reason why this show was cancelled. That reason you ask? It's because it's bad.

I tried to give this POS a chance but it failed on every level. The acting is atrocious. The writing, pacing and directing even worse. the cinematography is horrid and boring. Terrible show avoid at all cost.

On one hand the acting, the look of the show and commitment to the darker aspect of the books is fantastic. On the other hand the absolute disregard of the Stevie character is unconscionable. Also the inability of the writers to figure out how they want to tell the story makes it seem very tentative at times.

I was surprised by how good this show was. I was home sick and needed something to watch and took a flier since the description of the show didn't interest me . I am glad i took a shot because the show was excellent. The writing was good, the acting better and the look was fantastic and filled the visual nostalgia hole left by the departure of Mad Men. Give 3M a chance and I think you will like it also.

This thing isn't getting renewed that's for sure. The slutty blond chick is sort of hot.

OK if entirely disposable entertainment. It's really hard to take Trey Atwood seriously as a tough guy.

so far this thing is a whiff. The klingon redesign is stupid and the uniforms and ships look better then what is in the TOS which is set 10 years after STD, which BTW, nobody thought about when they titled this mess. The acting is atrocious the writing banal and the story moves at a glacial place. In short this show is bad. what's worse The Orville is doing what this show should be doing but isn't.

So far so very meh.
