Im a massive adult swim fan and i pretty much love all things animated. also a huge Red Dwarf fan. I love my tv shows as my wife will tell you because i watch them and rewatch them lol.
Even for Seth Macfarlane this was a poor cartoon. He's not my favorite person in the cartoon industry but you can't deny that Family Guy and American dad are funny. Cleveland Show though was just the same as the afore mentioned FG and AD. Wasn't surprised that this didn't last too long in fact I thought it would get canned sooner. A generous 2 stars.
This show could be such a huge success in the mainstream. Given a decent budget it could be as huge as Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead. A bold claim? I don't think so. As a massive fan of the video game series I can truly see the potential that Nuka Break has and the creators did a tidy job on little to no money. I'm not sure what the situation is with it now as I haven't been following since the end of season 1 but I'm guessing it's hit a wall. 5 stars in my opinion.
This is a show that grows on everyone who watches it. The animation is childlike but that only adds to the love people develop for it. Featuring the amazing H Jon Benjamin as McGurk the Jerk it will have you hooked after 2 episodes. Brendon Small hit gold with this little gem
The fans of Metalocalypse are as die hard as they come and some I know would be horror at me saying this but I can take it or leave it. It's not as funny as I would like but the animation is solid. The voice cast is great and of course there's Brendon Small who is always an enjoyment but for me this show lacked a lot in the way of entertainment. Still most cartoon heads (as I call us) will always have this in their collection.
This show was pure genius! Brought to you from the creators of Archer and Frisky Dingo. Superb voice talent, insanely funny writing and recycled animation from an old cartoon. What's not to love? If you like Archer and haven't watch Sealab 2021 then you should seriously consider yourself ill informed.
Utterly offensive and humorous to the last Drawn Together lasted about as long as it should. It did make you laugh but anymore than 3 seasons (and one movie) and it would have gotten very old. Worth a watch for the cartoon fan.
Historically inaccurate, shoddy acting and way overrated. This show should never have made it past the first season.
This was actually an excellent idea for an animated show. I felt sure it would continue but alas it was cancelled, like so many animated comedies, before its time. Truly amusing stories but only one or two of what I would consider great voice talents. The zombie roommate character Randall is my favorite of the bunch. This show could definitely had at least two more seasons.
I can't even begin to tell you how bad this show was. 1 season was generous. Total rip off of a rip off of a rip off. Next.
Ah who didn't love Rocko's Modern Life? It's still as much fun to watch now as it was when it was aired. The animation was somewhat typical of the period it was on but the great thing about it was the characters. You just couldn't help but love them. The voices were great, which for me is vital to any animated project. Definitely worth a watch for anyone looking to smile.
