I got this show for my mom since she liked the old Sherlock series. She didn't like this incarnation. I love the dynamic between Cumberbatch and Freeman. Some episodes are a complete miss (The Blind Banker, The Hounds of Baskerville) and others are practically perfect (The Sign of Three).

Pivotal. Enough said.

This was the show I didn't miss for any reason. It stayed that way until the last season. In fact, I didn't watch the last season because I didn't lie where the story was going.

This was a great concept. I think the show might have fared had NBC stopped changing it's airings [SIDEBAR: when will networks realize that when you keep changing air times, the ratings suffer]. Zachary Levi is GORGEOUS! It's funny. Just be prepared for some plot letdowns.

Hilarious! The first time I watched this show, seasons 1 and 2 where already on DVD, and I laughed so loud, I repeatedly fell off my bed. Shows just don't do that to me. I laugh because I get it. Moss and his hot ear. Jen and the internet. Roy and the chocolate sauce. Douglas and his sex pants. Just hilarious! Everyone I tell about this show comes back to talk about every episode, every joke, and every reference. WATCH THIS SHOW!

THIS IS PERFECT! There is no doubt about that because we all saw bits and pieces of our own families in the Huxtables. There are lines or story lines that we all know by memory: "I brought you into this world and I'll take you out."

Essentially, this show is a niche Kitchen Nightmares without the cursing and British accent. It focuses on the reviews (1 to 5 forks) that customers write about restaurants and sees if they negative comments are truthful. They overstress the reviews and the owner's reluctance to have two young guys giving them business advice. The tall guy is REALLY cute (and married)! It's a new show on FYI and I've watched when it was 2am, I don't think I'd make it a point to actually tune in to this show.

This was a good mini-series though the ending falls flat

The story is a bit disjointed, but interesting. I checked this out last year after getting into Sherlock (BBC). Cumberbatch and the cinematography are great. It's worth it to check out, it took me 3 tries (kept falling asleep during the 1st episode), then I watched the whole series in 2 days. I'd still recommend it, maybe for a sick day or rainy Sunday afternoon in the fall.

I liked this show, but it wasn't a must-see, more of a catch it when I can. The people I root for never win, and with this last season going to a stripper (a stripper, really people), it makes me think the show may be rigged. I may or may not check out the next season...not sure.
