The show follows Coffey, the charismatic business owner and Australian native, as she travels across the country taking over all kinds of failing establishments and whipping them into shape with her professional advice on everything from management style to marketing materials to customer service.

A work in progress, I am so far behind in most of these that I'll need a fortnight off work just to catch up on one of them!!!!
