Love movies and TV shows, especially good comedy and science fiction, but also drama, crime and some fantasy. Also a few documentaries and reality TV.

The story is alright, it gets a little too complicated in season 4 and 5, but a nice watch with good characters, solid acting and writing.

Watch Nikita or Burn Notice if you like this.

Grindhouse done right. If you know and like what that is, then this show is a must. But on the other hand, there are a lot of tired tropes and I hope they try to do something new and put a modern twist on the genre, otherwise this could get old really fast. If you like zany Troma-esque shows à la Z-Nation, give this a try.

When a show like this comes along, with its original perspective, I can't help but to hope it does well. This one definitely has potential. First episode was entertaining and had a nice twist, second episode was fine as well. Only gripe I have so far is that with the incredible wealth of memes, stories and stereotypes on aliens and alien abductions in the internet age they could've taken more advantage of that. What I mean is there never was a comedy show about aliens before, so cram in all the jokes that are out there.

The Get Down

This is a semi-fantasy genesis story through rose coloured spectacles...and it works perfectly! The Get Down tells the story of artistic genesis set in a very creative time & place in human history, that being New York in the late 70s/early 80s.
Before Hip-Hop became what we know today, rap, DJing, break dancing and street art/graffiti were all intricately linked. The Get Down tells the story of their creation/evolution in a wonderful mix of storytelling, music & aesthetic. There's not much more to say, it's all very entertaining and nostalgic.

"The Man in the High Castle" is good enough to make me want to read the book. It is atmospheric, capturing a nightmarish version of America. (I believe we could STILL end up somewhere like this if we don't watch out, which makes this one of the scariest things I've seen on TV in a long time.)
The acting is very good, Rufus Sewell as the evil Obergruppenführer is fantastic.

A show for fans of the original Evil Dead trilogy and newcomers alike: the perfect mix of laughs, scares and gore.

This show is funny and over-the-top, with Lowe commanding the screen while the chemistry between him & Savage is a workable dynamic you'd have to call naturally disjointed. Savage has a central character as lead/support & his naturally funny personality, although a bit overly anxious and immature, might be just the right foil for Lowe's naive-yet-ever-winning former TV star.

The supporting characters' parts feature good comedy writing and performances. Casting seems correct and parts are played excellently throughout. Funny, naive small town lawyers in the situation comedy helps the humor fly.

Dragon Ball Super

Dragonball Super continues the saga of Son Goku and his friends and family. Although the animation quality is sometimes not quite up to par with previous Dragonball series, the action and comedy is still top notch.

The second the show starts you can tell that the characters fit perfectly with each other, they are immediately hilarious and extremely creative at the same time. I love the crazy, dark universe of Rick & Morty. A couple episodes in and I could tell that this was a unique show, with amazing comedy AND really good science fiction, and that people need to be watching it because it has huge potential. RICK AND MORTY FOREVER AND EVER A HUNDRED YEARS!

Hilarious sitcom about an Asian-American family living in 1990's America, mixing good comedy with 90s nostalgia. Love this show!
