I rarely meet a show I don't track... :D I have lists galore as I love all genres of tv, but, hey, it means I never run out of shows! I've found even more shows to watch through some amazing sidereelers' lists! Starting conversations with lists is one of my favorite things about sidereel. I love how we can all love or hate a show yet still have a friendly chat. You'll find me dashing around the site, leaving friendly comments on reviews, shows, lists and articles. <3
Written after watching premiere. A disturbing and well put together documentary that includes the opinions of police officers, family, friends and local new reporters into how six women could possibly go missing within the space of one year in such a small town.
Watching the grief of a family sitting round a table talking about their loved one, desperately wanting them to come home safe and sound was so deeply affecting. Listening to them talk about how much they each loved Tiffany and how much hardship she had experienced since a very, very young age was heartbreaking. No hyperbole in this show, rather the plain spoken truth of the collateral damage inflicted on family and a small town when suddenly three women have mysteriously gone missing.
LOVED this show! LOVED it!
Loved this, based on the book by Michael Marshall (it isn't one of his best) but John Simm really brings this to life.
I remember watching this, I was very young wen it was shown, so it may have been reruns a few years later, I remember sobbing at the injustice, cruelty and inhumanity. I also remember feeling that if you have have hope, you never ever give up.
Beautifully filmed adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic. I always loved this book so approached the show with some trepidation. No need, it's excellent, Andrew Davies adaptation is wonderful. Matthew McFadyen and Tom Courtenay are excellent. It's an amazing cast, a poignant story and I love it, will happily rewatch at any moment.
Gather together all of the UK's older leading ladies, add in Philip Glenister and you have another of Elizabeth Gaskell's wonderful novels brought to life by, if I'm not mistaken, the exceptional writer Andrew Davies.
Loved this show, every single second was perfection. Village life, beautiful.
This was great. If I say anything more there will be spoilers so...watch! :)
I loved this, Helen McCrory, Kevin McKidd and Dougie Henshall are all excellent in this very, very good miniseries.
It's not perfect but it's good. Dougie Henshall is his usual charismatic self and is determined to solve this case! I really enjoyed this show. Good for a binge watch.
Loved this show so much! I know it could be a bit hit and miss but Greg the Bunny was a hilarious show, the puppet was so cute, Seth Green was great. My favorite scene was when Greg had a bath in the kitchen sink! I laughed so much I nearly fell off the couch!
