This show was really great! Well-written, edgy and smart. Watched from the pilot. Never missed an episode when it aired. This was a show that I never wanted to end. This show has everything that would keep you wanting for more - good story and strong characters. It is really addictive. Gregory House is an annoying, rebellious, sociopath/genius with whom you'll fall in love with. This show had an ever engaging medical mystery jam packed into each week. Each episode is dripping with suspense and the subtle insight into all the characters' lives and opinions makes this show a must watch. One of the few things I didn't like was that it took so long to get Cameron and Chase together from them to split them up so quickly.
Watched this show from the pilot. Never missed an episode when it was airing. This show is a modern fantasy take on a cop show. This show incorporates lore from all over the world, bringing back to life old wives tales, legends, myths and fairy-tales. There is action, mystery, drama, deception, and heartbreak. The underlying plot will keep you watching, you'll need to know what happens next. I really liked Nick with Juliette. Really disappointed in how the show changed her character. They could have done so much with but all she got were terrible story lines. I didn't like at all when they paired him up with Adeline.
I liked the premise of the show. It was an intriguing. The characters were very well done. This show had it all....action, romance, and incredible plot twists. I was devastated when it was cancelled. There was so much more they could have done with this show. So much left unexplained by it's sudden departure. I honestly felt cheated. It was an aggravating move by the network, as the show was left standing with a colossal cliffhanger and a bunch of loose ends.
Really enjoyed this show. Very sad that is was cancelled let alone on a cliff hanger type ending. So thrilled that the character of Constantine has been incorporated into the Arrowverse. Matt Ryan did a spectacular job as John Constantine. I would have loved a second season to continue the story.
I wish they had stuck more to the comic book and not tried to cram in so much Batman stuff (Deathstroke, Ras Al Ghul, the League of Assassins and relationship with Ras Al Ghul's daughter). Green Arrow has such a rich and interesting history that is all but ignored. It’s easy to see that the creators wanted to write a Batman show. I didn't like that they made up characters for the show that didn't exist in the comics (Felicity, Thea and Diggle (he grew on me). They should have either paired him up with Laurel or left him single. I really didn't like how they treated the Laurel character. She had so much potential that was squandered and then they killed her off. The show started out great. The first 2 seasons were fantastic but then all the Olicity soap opera drama really dragged down/ruined the show. I liked the character before she got involved with Oliver, after I didn't like how she was as a character. Their on again/off again relationship drama took up too much of the show, that could have been better spent on other aspects of the material. They focused too much on the relationship and less on the action and the superhero aspects. I really loved the cinematography, the music and all the attention to details on the costumes and sets.
2 Broke Girls is a hilarious comedy show based in Brooklyn, New York. The chemistry between Max and Caroline, the two protagonists is impeccable throughout the movie and their struggle to make ends meet makes you roll over in laughter and keep watching. Very light hearted and good show. Funny one liners. Max and Caroline rock. The actors were a mix of new and seasoned. Loved every bit of the storyline, charactors and sets. The family at the diner couldn't be any better.
I absolutely LOVE this show and can’t get enough of it! The actors are outstanding! The casting director is to be commended. The actors are able to convey real-life situations using comedy and drama to the best effect, and ultimately provide great moral lessons we all could learn. The story line is even more engaging as the characters evolve. Kudos to the amazing writers! I look forward to each new episode of Mom. The actors just seem to blend well and they really appear to be very in sync with each other as well as give you the idea they are a very close group. I have really become attached to all the characters and thier storylines.
LoT is the most hilarious, smart and entertaining show. It has the best cast and very good chemistry between the actors. Character building is brilliant. Season 1 was rough but in season 2, 3 & 4 the show found its own narrative. It stopped taking itself too seriously. It still retains its charms and quality as a show with good writing, acting, great visual and very emotional moments. It always makes me smile because I can see how much fun the cast had while filming. The show is not meant to be serious, its light-hearted but it has its serious moments. An extremely good show. The show delivers on what it does best -- hilarious time traveling scenarios with tons of pop culture references. This is my favorite DC show because it has the most heart and humor.
The addition of Constantine has been fantastic. I really enjoyed the NBC show and was disappointed when it got canceled. To be able to (hopefully) see this character arc play out is an unexpected bonus to an already great show. It's just fun, slightly cheesy and creative. This show has become my favorite of all of them. It's about a group of outcasts and misfits, heroes and antiheroes who try to keep history on track. It has a special way of being serious enough to where you take the show seriously, but funny enough to where you fall in love with the show and the characters. Out of all of the CW superhero shows, this one has the most personality. I love watching to see where in history they will go and what this crew will cause to go wrong.
The Danvers sister dynamic and their love for each is the base of this show. Kara's sense of hope, love, and justice is her strength. The characters and actors are incredibly good. One of Supergirl's biggest weaknesses is it story. It's like they have a lesson they want to teach and eventually that lesson overshadows everything in the show. It is often very hamhanded. In other words the message and the story are rarely balanced. All stories should have a great message to say and they usually do, but I find the one's that use subtlety to be the most effective and most interesting to watch. However the villains, the character's journey and chemistry of the cast make up for what I consider to be its faults. If the show allowed characterization and pure story telling to be at balance with their message then the show would be perfect. I really loved the pairing of Kara & Mon-el. I thought they were the most adorable couple (karamel forever) and was totally crushed (actually cried during that scene) when they were broken up.
I watch shows because I want to escape reality and enjoy an alternate world. I don't want to watch a show that's going to ram political issues and ideology down my throat. If you absolutely have to have politcs in the show, don't just have one side of the political spectrum. Try to be more balanced and show all sides. It should work with the narrative of the show not be shoved in to appear up to date and aware of the issues of the day.
Very funny and entertaining show. The comedy from the actors just brings life into the show. Wonderful acting from all involved; the witty one-liners and banter between characters; the hip, cool atmosphere and the music. It's not an entirely perfect show, and it has had its fair share of ups and downs in its moderately impressive run of six years. Fabulously written/produced/directed program. The character development was very good. I really loved the theme song and the opening sequence. The mysterious re-casting of Aunt Vivian's role from Janet Hubert to Daphne Maxwell Reid was not well done.
